Who We Are

Trevor-Roberts Associates was founded in 1994 by Dr Brian Trevor-Roberts and his wife Rosa after Brian had an extensive career in academia, human resource management and consulting. Brian was one of the pioneers of Outplacement in the mid 1980's and over the subsequent decade started the Queensland office for Outplacement consulting for KPMG, DBM and Compass Consulting before starting his own firm.

Trevor-Roberts Associates has become a leader in Australia in the careers field based on the high calibre and experience of its staff and a strong research component keeping it at the forefront of international developments in careers.

The headoffice of Trevor-Roberts Associates is based in Brisbane, Australia, and through its national alliance has offices throughout Australia in all capital cities and 18 regional centres - one of the most extensive networks in Australia.

Current Research
All of our programs are based on the latest international research in the careers field. We incorporate these tested theories into our programs in a practical way based on our extensive experience in designing adult learning programs. In particular we focus on the latest research in the careers field to keep abreast of the rapidly changing world of work.

We also have an active research agenda involving joint projects with Universities and organisations. The aim of our research is to understand the continuously changing world of work and careers and to pass on this knowledge to make individuals more successful and organisations more effective.
