A higher level of accuracy for predicting managerial, leadership, technical and sales success is now available through new and enhanced psychometric assessment tools.

Assessment and Selection

For your important selection decisions it is critical to have psychological assessment results to supplement your interview impressions and reference checking.  Comprehensive assessment of personality and problem solving ability ensures that you compare the individual’s attributes with specific job requirements. This enables you to select only those individuals with a high likelihood of success. In interview, candidates attempt to portray themves in a favourable light, promoting strengths and concealing weaknesses. Unfortunately, many candidates are chosen on how well they convince the interviewer of their worth. The CPI circumvents this problem by providing a far more accurate and objective picture as it possesses lie detectors and validity scales. The CPI has been successfully tested for reliability and validity using samples of tens of thousands of people across numerous demographic and occupational categories and is highly accurate and predictive. Interpretation of the results can be written in line with job specifications and considers the individual in terms of team and organisational fit.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

Psychological Assessment provides an  accurate picture of your company’s key talent- their strengths and development needs. Wrong promotion decisions can be avoided and the necessary individual development plans and coaching put in place prior to making promotion decisions. Valuable information on possible leadership/career derailers can be provided and acted upon so that the cost of a previously successful executive faltering is avoided.
