Our Executive Coaching programs are designed to assist anyone with a leadership or management responsibility achieve a mutually identified set of goals that improve their personal performance and organisational effectiveness. This is accomplished by positively influencing clients to develop a clear understanding of their own motivation, behaviour, roles and responsibilities.
Through a one-on-one interactive relationship with a specialised coach, a safe yet challenging environment conducive to skills development and behavioural change is created.
The coaching process allows the leader to reflect upon and investigate their own actions and feelings as they polish their leadership aptitude. How does the Executive Coaching Process work?
The initial scoping session will provide you with the opportunity to discuss and explore your specific needs and identify the areas around which goals and actions can be set. At this point your goals really come alive! Once the decision has been made to proceed, you and your personal Executive Coach will develop a formal agreement and set specific strategies around your priority goals, with your coach stretching you to achieve weekly actions that ensure positive progress toward realising your goals.
We use a number of proprietary and validated assessments and tools during a coaching program, depending on the needs of the individual.
