360 Degree Feedback
Trevor-Roberts Associates uses state of the art 360 online assessment to measure management competencies by gathering feedback from self, boss, direct reports, and peer reference groups. From this feedback, managers can compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths, and pinpoint the areas of development that need to be focused on so that their job performance can be improved.
We use validated surveys, followed with comprehensive guidance on feedback interpretation, goal alignment, and individual planning by a highly experienced (certified) coach. Our coaches guide participants through their results, focusing on the behaviors that need improvement while filtering and defusing emotional responses. We help participants to:
• Defuse emotional responses and fully make sense of the findings by exploring and then accepting results in a supportive and non judgmental environment
• Focus on behaviour change necessary for improvement
• Help to put results in the context of the role, environment and challenges faces
• Work towards a comprehensive Development Plan which details the actions to be taken, resources requried and the future benefits
