Before the Announcement: Jointly develop the strategy and train managers.
During the Announcement: On site support on day of notification.
After the Announcement: Provide tailored one-on-one or group Career Transition Programs. Provide Career Decision Making Support for voluntary redundancies.

Structure

Executive

Open ended program providing very high level support to senior staff.

Management/Professional

2, 3 or 4 month programs providing high level support to managers and professional staff.

Support Staff

1 month or 6 week programs assisting support staff.

Workshop
1 to 4 day workshops are designed to assist large numbers of retrenched staff receive support after termination. All our workshop programs also include a number of one-on-one sessions with our Career Consultants to strengthen the process.
