Balance Your Career Workshop

 

Develops the skills necessary for employees to lead a successful and rewarding career with the support of organisation. Employees are given the opportunity to assess the alignment of their individual career goals with the organisation's values, goals and strategic objectives. It is based on the seven Key Career Skills of: Balance, Understanding Self, Uncertainty, Connection, Knowledge and Skills, Strategic View and Action.

Career Coaching

One-on-one individual coaching program to address any career related issues and maximise the effectiveness of the individuals career. This program is targeted toward operational and support staff.

For Managers

Career Dialogue Develops managers to hold effective career conversations with their staff. Educates managers about formal and informal strategies to support their employees through their career development. The program can be run as a half day workshop or as an individual program.
Executive Coaching Assists leaders achieve a mutually identified set of goals that improve their personal performance and organisational effectiveness. This is accomplished by positively influencing clients to develop a clear understanding of their own motivation, behaviour, roles and responsibilities. The program is available at the Executive and Management levels.
Career Coaching One-on-one individual coaching program to address any career related issues and maximise the effectiveness of the individuals career. This program is designed for Management/Professional and Executive level staff.

Provide specialist advice and expertise on a range of people management issues. Examples include the development and implementation of career development, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning etc.

Career Resources Pack

Provides the resources and tools to effectively implement career development within your organisation. The Pack includes a range of resources such as regular career tips for staff (Career Tips), techniques and guidance for managers (Career Chat), tips for applying for internal positions etc. It can be accessed online.
