What is an inspirational workplace?
- There is a vision or purpose that people can connect to
- People are encouraged and affirmed
- Ethics are upheld
- Leaders have integrity
- Life outside work is valued
- Genuine communication at both the organisational and individual level
- Use a powerful story to make the vision of the organisation tangible
- Support staff to find meaning in their working life
- Make people feel valued through "connectedness, relatedness; and meaningfulness".
