What do you do when your company is suddenly part of a merger or acquisition? Will this happen to your company in 2008?  The Christmas period is a time of reflection and grand business plans are often hatched for the year ahead (similarly individual plans are hatched too).

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activity soared 50% in the first half of 2007 with $76 billion of deals in Australia alone.  While the pace may slow in 2008, it won't dry up.
